Quant Developer CeFi - Digital Assets
IMC is seeking a Quant Developer to join its CeFi team in Zug, Switzerland. This team is responsible for developing and enhancing the algorithms that support IMC's trading activities in centralized finance markets. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from refining existing trading strategies to creating new solutions from the ground up, all within a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include developing competitive trading algorithms and platforms, designing and implementing advanced trade execution and connectivity solutions, conducting research and analysis of exchange microstructures, and staying informed about updates in the exchange landscape.
Candidates should possess proficiency in applied mathematics, statistics, and numerical modeling, along with knowledge of cryptocurrencies. Comfort with a Linux R&D environment, including tools like git, and the ability to conduct independent research are essential. Proficiency in English is required. Additional desirable qualifications include experience in blockchain analytics, in-depth knowledge of specific blockchains at a conceptual or programming level, and hands-on programming experience in a quantitative trading environment.
The position is based onsite at IMC's office in Zug, Switzerland, with limited flexibility for remote work.
