Real Estate Manager

The Real Estate Manager at Focus Financial Partners will support the Real Estate and Workplace Services teams, overseeing daily operations and facilities projects across multiple office locations. This role ensures a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace environment, coordinating with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and security services. The position is based in St. Louis, MO, with responsibilities extending to other office locations as needed.

Key responsibilities include managing office openings and decommissions, coordinating furniture procurement and installation, integrating access control and security systems, and tracking project timelines and budgets. The Real Estate Manager will also conduct regular facility inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in facilities management, project coordination, or workplace operations. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools. The role requires the ability to travel periodically to other office locations and to lift and move light office equipment.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans.
