ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a strong, execution focused Recruiter to own end to end hiring across multiple functions at Gorgias.
You will manage active searches across a mix of business and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high quality hires within clear timelines.
You may also support more senior recruiters and the Head of Talent Acquisition on technical or leadership searches through research, talent mapping, and candidate shortlisting.
This is a high ownership role for the searches you directly own, while also contributing to broader team hiring efforts.
