Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (Mensch)
As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager at WPP Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent. Working closely with various departments, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we continue to build a team that reflects our commitment to creativity and innovation.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from initial briefings with hiring managers to conducting professional interviews and negotiating employment contracts. You will act as a strategic partner to our departments, actively involving them in the recruitment process to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will proactively source candidates, build networks within relevant talent pools, monitor market trends, and contribute ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. Beyond daily tasks, you will also lead various projects aimed at improving our collective efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and/or active sourcing, successfully filling multiple positions. You should demonstrate competency-based interview techniques, moving beyond intuition to make informed hiring decisions. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, as is the ability to engage and inspire potential candidates. Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to explore new trends for job promotion are important. A genuine interest in understanding target audiences and making a meaningful impact is highly valued.
