Regional Biddable Planning Manager
The Regional Biddable Planning Manager at WPP Media is responsible for leading performance strategy and planning across Social, Search, and Programmatic channels for regional and multi-market campaigns. This role focuses on translating regional media strategies into actionable biddable approaches, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across various markets. The manager collaborates closely with planning teams, local market teams, and specialist activation teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, driving optimal performance outcomes.
Key responsibilities include partnering with regional planning teams to develop detailed biddable plans encompassing channel mix, targeting, budget allocation, and phasing across Social, Search, and Programmatic platforms. The manager defines and applies biddable frameworks, supports budget allocation and pacing to maximize efficiency and ROI, and ensures adherence to best practices across markets while allowing for local adaptations. Additionally, the role involves overseeing activation teams to guarantee accurate setup and execution, monitoring performance, leading test-and-learn initiatives, and translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations for clients.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in digital planning and execution, particularly in Social, Search, and Programmatic channels, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing or biddable media. Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and DV360 is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience working on regional or multi-market campaigns. Key skills and capabilities encompass a deep understanding of the biddable ecosystem, the ability to translate strategy into performance-driven execution frameworks, strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimization, proficiency in data and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, MMP, CAPI, CRM Integration), and excellent communication skills to simplify complex data for stakeholders. A test-and-learn mindset, strong project management skills, and attention to detail are also crucial.
