Regional Manager, Las Vegas
Metropolis is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Regional Manager in Las Vegas. This pivotal role involves overseeing the financial health and operational success of our locations within the assigned region. The Regional Manager will be instrumental in developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, this position plays a key role in business development, from lead generation to negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and attainment of regional operating plans and budgets, monitoring financial and operational results to ensure profitability, and building and maintaining strong client relationships through open communication and mutual benefit. The Regional Manager will proactively address client needs and concerns, manage budget discrepancies, maximize revenue opportunities, and ensure contract compliance. Leading initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, driving new business growth by managing the full sales cycle, and fostering a culture of professional growth by mentoring subordinates are also essential duties.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience managing multiple locations, stores, or properties, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of financial analysis, budget management, and key performance indicators. Experience in negotiating contracts, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack, and possession of a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record are required.
While not mandatory, a Bachelor's Degree, prior experience in the parking industry, and familiarity with budgeting software, Salesforce, and P&L review systems are advantageous.
