As a Regional Manager based in Phoenix, you will oversee the financial health and operational success of multiple locations within your assigned region. Your primary responsibilities include developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in business development, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
Key responsibilities encompass monitoring regional financial and operational results to ensure profitability, building and maintaining strong client relationships through open communication, and proactively addressing client needs and concerns. You will lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle, and foster a culture of professional growth by mentoring subordinates and implementing development plans.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience managing multiple locations, stores, or properties, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships. Strong financial analysis skills, including budget management and understanding key performance indicators, are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack is required, along with a valid state-issued driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
