Wrike is seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on growing and maintaining strong customer relationships through targeted marketing campaigns, online events, and various other channels. The position is based in Japan and offers a remote work environment.

The Regional Marketing Manager will coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns to drive growth and enhance Wrike's brand recognition, pipeline, and revenue across the APJ region, with a strong focus on Japan. Responsibilities include integrating with APJ and strategic field sales, corporate marketing, and digital marketing teams to develop demand and field marketing programs that accelerate APJ pipeline growth. The role also involves researching, designing, and managing live field events, developing and executing localized webinars, implementing targeted account strategies to support account-based selling, and producing marketing assets for field marketing events. Additionally, the manager will forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of programs.

Candidates should have over 8 years of marketing experience in the APJ region, with fluent English and Japanese language skills. Experience in driving marketing efforts for high-technology, B2B organizations is essential, along with implementing targeted account strategies to support account-based selling. A degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required. Strong time management, organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are also necessary. Experience partnering with sales or account management teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns is important. Availability to travel occasionally is expected.
