The Regional Sales Manager for the Business Intelligence (BI) team will be based in the Denver Metropolitan Area and will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth.

In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of 6–8 Account Executives focused on Lighthouse's BI product. The primary responsibilities include coaching team members, managing pipeline health, and ensuring quota attainment. The manager will conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, utilizing AI-powered tools to analyze sales calls and identify areas for improvement. They will also oversee the team's sales cadence, including weekly planning and pipeline reviews, and ensure adherence to the MEDDPICC sales methodology. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for accurate sales forecasting and guiding the team in leveraging AI tools to enhance sales performance.

Ideal candidates should have a strong background in sales leadership, particularly in the technology or SaaS sectors. Experience in managing sales teams focused on business intelligence products is highly desirable. Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC is essential. Candidates should be adept at using AI tools to drive sales performance and possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to forecast sales accurately are also important.

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $102,000 to $130,000, with an additional variable component of $60,000. The role is eligible for the company's stock option plan, offering potential equity in the company.
