The Orchard is seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Digital Marketing and Advertising Strategist & Video Services Manager to join our France team. This role is responsible for providing top-tier marketing and video services to our roster of labels and artists in France, aiming to enhance visibility and revenue in a competitive streaming landscape.
The successful candidate will create and execute strategic, always-on digital marketing campaigns designed to generate publicity and awareness. Responsibilities include developing audiences, implementing effective CRM strategies, engaging fan communities to drive sales and revenue for new releases and catalog titles, and managing The Orchard France's Instagram account. Collaboration with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, is essential to align efforts with overall company objectives.
Key qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing within the music industry, proficiency in managing and optimizing YouTube channels, fluency in French and English, and a strong understanding of the French marketing landscape. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for independent music, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager, as well as experience with YouTube CMS, is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary range of €38,000 to €48,000 per year, along with benefits such as private medical coverage, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, and various music industry perks.
