Restaurant Development Associate - fixed term (9 months)
As a Restaurant Development Associate at Wolt, you will join our restaurant team responsible for the Sharon area, managing a dynamic portfolio of restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment. This versatile role combines onboarding, account management, and commercial growth, requiring strong collaboration across the team and the wider organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for both onboarding new restaurant partners and driving the ongoing success of your portfolio, with a strong focus on growth and performance. Day-to-day tasks include managing a portfolio of approximately 100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their performance and growth, leading onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring smooth setup of new venues, driving ongoing business growth through menu optimization and promotional tools, using data to identify opportunities, and collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support partner success.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience within or working with the restaurant industry, with a preference for those with restaurant or café management experience. Additionally, 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities, comfort working with data and numbers, and fluency in Hebrew with good English proficiency are essential.
