The Retention & Growth Manager at Awin is responsible for managing and negotiating customer transitions to new MarTech contracts at both local and global market levels. This role reports directly to the local R&G Team Leader and collaborates with various departments, including Client Services, Legal, Finance, and technical teams, to ensure alignment across markets on processes, performance tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various agreements such as contracts, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and non-disclosure agreements. The manager leads direct negotiations with customer stakeholders to align outcomes with MarTech strategy and targets, tracks and reports progress on assigned accounts, identifies growth opportunities in collaboration with Client Services, and supports existing-business RFPs. Additionally, the role involves handling contract-related queries, liaising with the legal department on non-standard contract amendments, and ensuring compliance with finance and risk requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a customer-facing role, and has a strong understanding of the local market, competitor landscape, and Awin's MarTech offerings. Essential skills include strong verbal communication, a commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results, proven problem-solving abilities, and effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
