Revenue Enablement Specialist (Fluent in Japanese) (Position located in Tokyo, Japan)
The Revenue Enablement Specialist at KnowBe4 is responsible for facilitating post-onboarding enablement initiatives across revenue-generating teams. This role involves delivering targeted training programs, conducting comprehensive analyses to identify training needs, and designing workshops to enhance team capabilities. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan, and requires fluency in Japanese.
Key responsibilities include conducting enablement workshops and seminars for revenue teams, acting as the primary contact for guidance on Revenue Enablement Programs, staying updated on KnowBe4's platform and product offerings, analyzing existing training processes to identify inefficiencies, and collaborating with training teams to develop innovative training approaches.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in managing or training personnel, demonstrated experience in employee development, proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, strong coaching and training capabilities, understanding of company structures and functions, ability to manage cross-functional projects, excellent data analysis skills, and the ability to write enablement programs. Fluency in Japanese is required.
