The Revenue Enablement Specialist - Sales at Avetta is a pivotal role within the Revenue Enablement team, dedicated to enhancing the performance of sales teams. The role emphasizes the adoption of structured and value-driven selling methodologies to maximize customer value.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales leaders to identify skill gaps through competency assessments, developing and delivering targeted training sessions on methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales, and conducting regular role-playing exercises to reinforce key skills. The specialist will provide personalized, ongoing coaching to ensure the effective application of these methodologies, support the onboarding of new hires by executing comprehensive programs, and track performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and aligning enablement activities with strategic sales processes are essential aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate possesses over seven years of experience as a seller, sales leader, trainer, or coach, with practical knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and value-based selling methodologies. Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales teams in complex, target-driven environments is crucial. Strong facilitation and role-playing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and an analytical mindset for measuring sales performance are required. Experience in onboarding and new hire training is highly preferred, along with a proactive and energetic personality passionate about developing sales talent and achieving growth targets.
