As a Revenue Management Analyst at Metropolis, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenues for our technology-enabled commercial assets. This position is integral to shaping the direction, analysis, and processes of the Revenue Management department within a company that is pioneering the Recognition Economy by creating responsive artificial intelligence solutions for real-world applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies through quantitative analysis of historical parking demand, competitive environments, and consumer buying behavior. You will design and deliver high-impact client presentations that translate complex data sets into actionable insights, determine optimal pricing strategies, and create new pricing products to capitalize on changes in consumer habits. Additionally, you will build knowledge of the digital ecosystem and understand the impact of pricing actions within this ecosystem on demand.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or data science, along with at least 2 years of related experience in industries like airlines, hotels, rail, shipping, cruise, or rental cars. Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, the ability to query data using SQL, and strong analytical skills are essential. Exceptional communication skills and an interest in optimization problem-solving, economic game theory, and consumer buying behavior are also highly valued.

Metropolis offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, determined by various factors including qualifications, experience, and location. The total compensation package may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, and bonus plans. The company values in-person collaboration, requiring employees to be on-site at least four days a week to foster innovation and strengthen culture.
