Revenue Management Analyst
Metropolis is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing revenues for our technology-enabled commercial assets. As part of the Revenue Management department, you will help shape the direction, analysis, and processes that drive our company's growth. We are looking for analytical, creative, and innovative individuals who can leverage data to make informed decisions.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies through quantitative analysis of historical parking demand, competitive environments, and consumer buying behavior. You will design and deliver high-impact client presentations that translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Building relationships with subject matter experts in the field to understand market nuances will be essential. Additionally, you will determine optimal pricing and create new pricing products to capitalize on changes in consumer buying habits. Understanding the digital ecosystem and the impact of pricing actions within it on demand is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or data science. A minimum of 2 years of related experience in industries like airlines, hotels, rail, shipping, cruise, or rental car companies is required. Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level is necessary. The ability to query data using SQL and deliver strong business insights is essential. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen interest in optimization problem-solving and consumer buying behavior are also important.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual base salary offered will be determined by various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans, and more.
