Revenue Manager, Branded Hotels
Lighthouse is seeking a Revenue Manager for Branded Hotels to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize profitability across our portfolio of branded hotel clients. As part of our innovative commercial platform, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and enhance overall revenue performance.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor performance to inform pricing strategies, optimizing distribution channels to increase market share, and conducting regular revenue meetings to align strategies with business objectives. You will also be tasked with preparing accurate revenue forecasts, managing the annual budgeting process, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth through data analysis and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel revenue management, with at least three years of experience in a similar role. A solid understanding of core revenue KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with revenue management systems are required. Excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are key to success in this position.
