The RevOps Manager - International at KnowBe4 is responsible for optimizing the company's revenue operations across international markets. This role involves collaborating with leaders from Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success to enhance performance across all levels of international revenue segmentation. KnowBe4 is a global leader in Human Risk Management, dedicated to strengthening security cultures within organizations worldwide.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing business rhythms for international revenue segments, such as New Customer and Cross-Sell initiatives. The manager will communicate revenue performance to the VP of Sales Acceleration, design and document key business processes, and collaborate with the Business Process Management team on cross-functional processes. Additionally, the role involves diagnosing operational improvement opportunities, recommending initiatives to enhance revenue performance, and collaborating with revenue leaders to automate or improve processes using revenue technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with an MBA or master's degree preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in revenue operations within a Software as a Service (SaaS) company and three years working directly with B2B SaaS sales teams are required. Strong proficiency in Excel, Sheets, and Slides, experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools like Salesforce, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. The candidate should also possess the ability to develop relationships across cross-functional stakeholders and have strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
