Metropolis is seeking an RFP Specialist to join its Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing the proposal process, ensuring that all Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) are clear, accurate, and competitive. The RFP Specialist will collaborate with various departments to effectively communicate the value of Metropolis's Recognition Platform across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation of RFP responses that highlight the platform's value in sectors such as hospitality and real estate, collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Legal, and Marketing to stay updated on new products and initiatives, developing sample RFPs for new product launches, and maintaining the accuracy of existing content. The role also involves responding to quarterly service requests and ad-hoc inquiries, ensuring accurate representation of Metropolis's products and services in external databases, and continuously improving proposal tools and systems.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development. Strong writing and editing skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into persuasive and easy-to-understand narratives. The candidate should be adept at navigating complex organizations, sourcing information from various subject matter experts, managing multiple conflicting deadlines in a high-growth environment, and comfortable working with RFP automation software and CRM tools. A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data reporting are also required.

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. The actual base salary offered will be determined based on factors such as the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education, certifications, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. The base salary is one component of Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, bonus plans, and more.
