Metropolis is seeking an RFP Specialist to join its Revenue Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing the proposal process, ensuring that all Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI) are clear, accurate, and competitive. The RFP Specialist will collaborate with various departments to highlight the value of Metropolis's Recognition Platform across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation of RFP responses, collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Legal, and Marketing, developing sample RFPs for new product launches, responding to service requests and inquiries, maintaining accurate representation of products and services in external databases, managing the RFP response database, and participating in projects to improve the efficiency of the RFP team and the broader organization.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in proposal writing, sales operations, or business development. Strong writing and editing skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into persuasive narratives. The role requires a self-starter who can manage multiple conflicting deadlines in a high-growth environment, with proficiency in RFP automation software and CRM tools, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. The compensation package may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, and bonus plans.
