RTR - Open Talent Pool

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking finance professionals to join our Record to Report (RTR) Open Talent Pool within the Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) team in Warsaw. This initiative allows us to connect with potential candidates for future RTR Analyst roles, contributing to our mission of supporting artists and creators worldwide.

As an RTR Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of transactional financial accounting services for regional Sony Music entities. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing global recurring monthly entries, overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborating with local finance teams to maintain compliance with US and local GAAP standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience, preferably in a multinational company, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and flexibility in working style are essential for success in this role.
