SaaS Sales Account Executive-EMEA
The SaaS Sales Account Executive-EMEA at Avetta is responsible for expanding the company's presence by acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients across the EMEA region. This role involves a consultative sales approach, identifying client challenges, and offering tailored solutions that deliver measurable results. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless transition to the Account Management Team post-sale.
Key responsibilities include driving new client acquisition by building relationships with key decision-makers, developing strategies to generate business opportunities, and growing Avetta's sales pipeline. The Account Executive will oversee the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, and maintain a focus on business development initiatives. Regular travel to client sites and participation in industry trade shows are essential to strengthen client relationships and promote Avetta's solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of SaaS sales experience, including 3-5 years at the enterprise level. Experience in selling safety-related products or services, working with contractors, or in procurement is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and proficiency in CRM applications like Salesforce are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, capable of setting and achieving goals independently, and possess a solid understanding of SaaS-based software functionality.
