As a Sales Account Executive at Scorpion Enterprises, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions to clients in the home services sector. Your primary responsibilities will include driving new business by effectively communicating our platform's value to business owners and executives. You will conduct engaging product demonstrations, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and sell digital marketing solutions tailored to specific verticals such as roofing, solar, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, and landscaping. Becoming an expert in our products, you will conduct discovery calls, customize demos, and present solutions that meet the unique needs of prospective clients. Consistently exceeding monthly recurring revenue targets through a solution-based sales approach is expected.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of full-cycle sales experience in the home services industry, specifically in digital marketing solutions. A proven track record of independently managing, developing, and closing new client relationships while achieving over $5,000 in monthly recurring revenue is essential. Experience transitioning from a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role to a current selling position is preferred. Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Chili Piper, Spiff, CanIRank, and Zoom is required. A collaborative spirit, passion for customer success, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations are key attributes for success in this role.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $79,000, with total compensation (base plus annual variable) between $128,000 and $147,000, depending on experience.
