As a Sales Associate at Studs, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a crucial role in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers to educate them about the Studs experience, assisting with product selection, and providing personalized styling advice. You will also support studio operations by managing appointments, processing transactions, and maintaining inventory levels. Ensuring the studio environment aligns with visual and brand standards will be key to your role.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail or customer-facing experience, though this is not mandatory. A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays, is required. Physical demands include standing for extended periods and the ability to lift or move at least 20 lbs. A willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment are essential.

Compensation for this part-time position includes an hourly rate of $20.75.
