Sales Coach PME
The Sales Coach PME at Experian is responsible for enhancing the performance of the sales team by providing continuous training and development of both soft and hard sales skills. This role acts as a strategic partner to sales leaders, directing training programs, implementing structured performance monitoring, and offering personalized coaching, particularly focusing on underperforming executives.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing structured training programs that improve the technical and behavioral competencies of the sales team, ensuring continuous evolution aligned with strategic priorities. The Sales Coach will directly monitor the performance of the lowest-performing quartile, assisting leaders in performance analysis and executing coaching routines oriented towards key performance indicators. Additionally, the role aims to increase productivity post-training, especially in pipeline management and conversion of new business, with a focus on cross-selling, upselling, and diversification.
Candidates should possess solid commercial experience with a history of high performance, prior experience in sales leadership, commercial training, sales enablement, and team development. A strong background in consultative sales and negotiation techniques, such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Solution Selling, is essential. Advanced practices in cross-selling, upselling, and offer diversification, along with skills in analyzing sales performance metrics like KPIs, scorecards, and productivity metrics, are also required. Effective communication skills, the ability to influence without authority, a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, empathy combined with assertiveness, discipline in conducting sales routines, and adaptability to different seller profiles are crucial.
