AlertMedia is seeking a proactive and consultative Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive outbound strategies and lead generation efforts, contributing significantly to the company's growth. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment dedicated to enhancing emergency communication solutions.

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include conducting high-volume prospecting and outreach to generate qualified leads using tools such as and LinkedIn. You will partner with Account Executives to engage new customers, support prospecting efforts, and build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and refine prospecting strategies and use a consultative approach to advise prospects on how AlertMedia can address their communication challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales with the ability to exceed quarterly and annual quotas. A hunter mentality with a consistent prospecting approach and the ability to set demos and meetings is essential. Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth sales environment is preferred, along with outstanding organization, communication, and relationship-building skills. A passion for continual learning and a desire to be coached are also important. Proficiency in Salesforce, including managing and logging tasks and activities, is a plus. Candidates must be located in Austin or surrounding areas, as this hybrid role requires three days in-office and two days remote.
