Fieldwire, a construction field management software company, is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to break into tech sales and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. As an SDR at Fieldwire, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping to drive top-of-funnel activity and create a pipeline for the Account Executive team.

In this role, you will qualify and engage inbound leads from the Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns, as well as current Hilti customers. You will conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities. Identifying key stakeholders and initiating contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies will be essential. Additionally, you will schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team, collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build a strong pipeline, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM (Salesforce). Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape, and consistently meeting and exceeding activity and opportunity generation goals will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role. They should be coachable, curious, and motivated by results, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment is essential. Experience with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is a plus. An interest in construction tech or SaaS is also beneficial.

Compensation for this role includes an estimated base salary ranging from $45,000 to $51,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, you may be eligible for a variable bonus, which can range up to $34,000. This role is remote within the United States.
