Sales Development Representative - French speaking (f/m/d)
As a key player in the Mid-Market sales strategy for France, the Sales Development Representative at Awin is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and engaging outbound leads. This role focuses on transforming potential prospects from initial interest to active curiosity, primarily targeting Mid-Market businesses within the French market. Reporting to the Mid-Market Sales Team Leader, the representative is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives through a results-driven approach.
Key responsibilities include generating leads by searching for new potential advertisers, qualifying outbound leads through prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms, and conducting in-depth research on target brands. The representative will schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Senior Sales Managers, collaborate with departments such as Sales Operations and Marketing, and represent Awin at industry events to network with prospects. Consistently meeting performance KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic planning is essential.
The ideal candidate possesses initial experience in commercial roles, focusing on new business development in SaaS sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, B2B marketplaces, or related industries. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong communication skills in French and English, and the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders of various seniority levels are crucial. Self-driven and commercially savvy, the candidate should be capable of driving projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment. Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Salesforce and sales pipelining software, and fluency in Spanish or Italian are advantageous.
