Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at InfoTrack US, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound outreach. InfoTrack is a leading legal technology platform that seamlessly connects law firms to courts and essential litigation services, enhancing the efficiency of legal processes. This position is based in Denver, Colorado, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include responding to and qualifying inbound leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and determining appropriate next steps for each prospect. You will conduct market research to identify new leads, engage current users to expand awareness, and develop account intelligence. Collaboration with marketing and customer success teams is essential to effectively partner across InfoTrack's departments. Additionally, you will schedule online demonstrations for the Account Executive team and act as a subject matter expert on InfoTrack's products.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of corporate experience, which may include internships or customer service positions. While previous experience in software sales is beneficial, it is not required. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous, as is familiarity with the legal services industry. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to write well, be persuasive on the phone, and deliver presentations via video conferencing tools such as Zoom. Candidates should be computer-savvy, capable of quickly learning new technologies, and proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $41,000 to $53,000, with an additional commission target of $40,000. InfoTrack offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-funded short and long-term disability, life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
