As a Sales Director at Fireblocks, you will be a key member of the US Enterprise sales team, focusing on expanding our presence among banks and financial institutions across the United States. Fireblocks is a leading digital asset infrastructure company, providing secure platforms for moving, storing, and issuing digital assets and cryptocurrencies. Our mission is to enable businesses to securely build, run, and scale digital asset operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers. Your day-to-day activities will include working closely with Fireblocks' Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Business Solutions, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You will also engage in prospecting, territory and account planning, and ensure the Fireblocks Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is updated and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, particularly within the financial services or traditional finance sectors. A deep understanding of how banks operate across the enterprise is essential. Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is highly valued. Preferred qualifications include experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency, as well as a proven track record of over-achievement in enterprise sales positions. An entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude, along with the ability to thrive in a team-selling environment, are key attributes for success in this role.

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC headquarters, Fireblocks offers a competitive base salary range estimated between $140,000 and $180,750. The total compensation package may also include a target bonus, a competitive equity grant, and generous benefits. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.
