Senior DevOps Engineer

Fireblocks is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. As a leading platform in digital asset security, Fireblocks provides enterprise-grade solutions for financial institutions to manage and secure digital assets. Our platform is trusted by major financial institutions, banks, and Web3 companies worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining state-of-the-art solutions for our production platform. You will collaborate with various R&D teams on mutual projects, solve complex problems at scale, and support multi-region environments. Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes, as well as developing and maintaining automation, deployment, monitoring, and operations tools. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues across our development, testing, and production environments, and participate in periodic on-call duties and emergency responses.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in DevOps, with a minimum of 2 years working with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash is required, along with experience in cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or CircleCI, and experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps principles using tools like Terraform or ArgoCD are also essential. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must.
