Technical Integration Engineer
The Technical Integration Engineer role at Fireblocks involves serving as the primary technical liaison for onboarding partners to the Fireblocks Network and ensuring the quality and excellence of existing partnerships. This position is integral to the Network team, which focuses on expanding and maintaining Fireblocks' ecosystem of partners. Fireblocks is a leading platform providing secure and straightforward solutions for companies to manage digital assets, trusted by major financial institutions and Web3 companies worldwide.
Key responsibilities include leading partners through the entire integration lifecycle, from initial discovery to production go-live, acting as their dedicated technical point of contact. The role requires deep technical engagement, including debugging, coding, analyzing API logs, and resolving complex architectural questions. Additionally, the engineer will translate business needs into technical requirements, assist partners in mapping their existing infrastructure to Fireblocks' protocols, and collaborate closely with internal teams to relay feedback and ensure commercial objectives are met.
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent, with over two years of experience in software engineering, preferably within FinTech, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency sectors. Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or TypeScript is essential. Familiarity with digital assets, blockchain technology, or institutional finance workflows is highly preferred. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
