Senior Motion Designer

Fireblocks is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to enhance our brand through animation and video. This role is part of the Brand team and focuses on defining how motion expresses the Fireblocks identity across marketing, web, events, and product experiences. Through motion, you will help connect our product, our story, and our technology into a cohesive and recognizable brand system.

Key responsibilities include defining and building Fireblocks’ brand motion system, designing and producing motion assets for various campaigns and platforms, creating UI and product animations for web, developing product demo and instructional-style videos, producing live-action video edits, and establishing motion principles and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality at scale.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video production, preferably within the tech industry. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is required, along with a strong understanding of motion principles, pacing, and storytelling. Experience with Lottie animations optimized for web performance is essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary, as well as a high standard for design quality and the ability to work efficiently.

For employees hired to work from our NYC headquarters, the base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $170,000. This range considers factors such as experience and skills. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include a target bonus, equity grant, and generous benefits.
