As a Sales Executive at Ridgeline, you will be instrumental in driving new business acquisition within the asset management industry. This role involves engaging with C-suite executives to introduce Ridgeline's innovative, cloud-native platform designed to modernize investment management operations. You will join a dynamic Sales & Marketing team committed to transforming the industry through cutting-edge technology solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with named accounts. You will manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a steady progression of the sales pipeline. Collaborating with internal teams such as pre-sales, value management, marketing, and support, you will coordinate resources to advance sales opportunities effectively. Utilizing consultative selling techniques, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Ridgeline as a superior alternative to legacy systems. Regular travel, approximately 33% of the time, will be necessary to foster in-person connections with clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within the asset or wealth management sectors. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas over 2 to 3 years is essential. Strong abilities in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships, particularly at the C-suite level, are crucial. A deep understanding of the asset management industry's competitive landscape, trends, and challenges is required. Proficiency in consultative selling methodologies and collaborative sales processes, along with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, are necessary. Candidates should be self-starters with keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package with an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $250,000 to $300,000, subject to variation based on experience and expertise.
