Sales Manager (Digital Marketing) - Dutch Speaking
As a key player in the SME sales strategy for the BNL & UK regions, the Sales Manager (Digital Marketing) at Awin is responsible for managing and developing their own sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on acquiring high-revenue clients for the network. Reporting to the SME Sales Team Leader, the role requires a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
The primary responsibilities include executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base across the BNL & UK regions. This involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to responding to RFIs and RFPs, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, all while ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Additionally, the role entails maintaining an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, conducting in-depth research on target brands, and actively participating in industry events to discover new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on new business development within affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplaces, or related sectors. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential, along with proficiency in and sales pipeline management software. Strong digital skills, including advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, and excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are required. The role also demands a self-driven and commercially savvy individual capable of autonomously managing projects in a dynamic, international environment.
