Sales Manager

Experian is seeking a Sales Manager to evaluate sales opportunities across multiple domains, including Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), as well as Telecommunications. This role is part of our Consumer Services business line, which focuses on creating credit reports by collecting and analyzing credit histories. These reports assist businesses in making accurate, fair, and quick credit decisions.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting prospective clients such as banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), insurance companies, neobanks, payment companies, and other financial technology businesses. Key responsibilities include increasing sales of Experian's products and services—such as Bureau Solutions, credit risk solutions, fraud prevention tools, analytics platforms, and decisioning systems—by developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base within the FinTech segment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Business Administration degree and have over five years of experience in solution sales, consulting, or a financial services environment. Experience with the BFSI industry, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and related domains, is essential. The candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales within financial services, technology, or related industries, with the ability to engage with senior partners. Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and account management, along with strong negotiation skills, is required.
