SRS Acquiom is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join its Global Business Development team, focusing on the West Coast region. This role involves supporting business development representatives by managing administrative tasks, tracking metrics, and executing ad hoc projects. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates located within the Pacific and Mountain time zones.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the Salesforce database, developing targeted outreach campaigns for key client segments such as M&A attorneys, venture capital and private equity investors, and corporate acquirers. The associate will also coordinate meetings and client events, qualify leads from the company website and marketing initiatives, and assist in scheduling product demonstrations and client presentations. Analyzing data to identify trends and suggesting tactical approaches to improve current plans are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in sales support or client service, along with an analytical background. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though equivalent education, training, and experience will be considered. Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required. The candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $92,000, depending on experience.
