As a mid-level associate, you will be responsible for advising clients on capital markets transactions, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and collaborating with global teams to support client matters across jurisdictions. Your day-to-day work will involve direct client interaction, managing aspects of transactions, and contributing to the firm's business development efforts.
