Scrum Master II

Avetta is seeking a Scrum Master II to join our dynamic team dedicated to enhancing supply chain risk management solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile processes and drive the successful delivery of our software products. As a Scrum Master II, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Your day-to-day activities will include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will work to remove impediments, foster a collaborative team environment, and promote continuous improvement to enhance team performance and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Experience with Agile project management tools and a solid understanding of software development life cycles are also required.
