Search & Social Supervisor

WPP Media is seeking an experienced Search & Social Supervisor to lead and develop strategies within our dynamic team in Milan, Italy. As part of WPP's global media collective, we integrate media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale, helping clients navigate change and achieve transformational growth.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration and professional development. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies tailored to client needs, managing significant media investments on Amazon Search to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and overseeing campaign execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Marketing Services. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, leveraging data to drive decision-making, and collaborate with internal departments to integrate Search & Social strategies with broader media efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social campaign management, with a strong focus on Amazon Search. A proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and high-profile clients is essential. Leadership experience is required, with the ability to guide and develop a small team. Expertise in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP, is necessary, along with proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent organizational and communication skills are also required, with fluency in business English.
