Experience with business development, particularly in sourcing and acquiring new clients, is highly valued. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is also preferred.

Compensation for this role is competitive and varies based on location, with target total compensation ranging from $156,200 to $234,200, depending on the geographic area. This includes base salary and variable compensation components. Specific salary details are determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
