Territory Account Executive, Central South

Square is seeking a Territory Account Executive to join its field sales team, focusing on the Central South region. Responsibilities include generating leads, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and closing deals across Square's full product suite. Additionally, the role involves developing a sustainable pipeline through community engagement, events, and strategic partnerships.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Experience in business development, including hunting and cold calling, is essential. Applicants must have reliable transportation and reside within the designated market area. Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools is also required.

Square offers a competitive compensation package, with salary ranges varying based on location. For Zone D, which includes Lake Charles, Louisiana, the salary range is $123,400 to $185,200, inclusive of target variable compensation.
