Braze is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its Scale team, responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewals. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities while serving as a trusted advisor to existing clients, helping them leverage Braze's customer engagement platform to grow and scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities include generating and managing a robust sales pipeline, conducting consultative sales processes, and collaborating with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Senior Account Executive will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with Braze's services.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a closing sales role, particularly in SaaS solutions involving technical integrations. Strong skills in pipeline generation, consultative selling, and data-driven decision-making are essential. Experience selling to growth or marketing teams, or a background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, data storage, or content marketing solutions, is a plus.

Braze offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $85,000 and $110,000, with on-target earnings ranging from $170,000 to $220,000 annually.
