Senior Account Executive
Viant Technology is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Dallas sales team, focusing on independent agencies and brand direct clients in the Dallas metro area. This role offers the opportunity to drive new business, increase awareness, and expand sales of Viant's Demand Side Platform (DSP). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the territory, contributing significantly to the company's success.
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients to uncover marketing objectives, and aligning Viant's solutions to meet those goals. Daily activities include generating a high volume of sales-related tasks such as cold calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals, with a consistent aim to meet or exceed revenue quotas. The role also involves cultivating client relationships, providing solutions to their marketing and advertising needs, and expanding Viant's footprint within key accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
Candidates should possess 3-6 years of programmatic or ad tech sales experience with ad agencies in the Dallas metro area. A strong understanding of digital media, ad tech, data targeting, first-party data, platform sales, programmatic strategies, and optimization techniques is essential. The role requires a self-driven, highly motivated team player with excellent problem-solving skills, as well as superb organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities. A bachelor's degree is required.
Viant offers a competitive base compensation range of $110,000 to $126,000, with final title and compensation based on factors such as work experience and education.
