Senior Analyst (12-Month Secondment)
Experian is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our Consumer Services Analytics team on a 12-month maternity cover. This role is pivotal in supporting both Product and Marketing teams with insight-led analytics, contributing to strategic decision-making within the company.
The Senior Analyst will lead analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing plans, develop customer insights to inform targeting and growth strategies, build and deploy segmentation and predictive models to understand customer behavior, translate complex analyses into clear narratives, manage partnerships across Product and Marketing, identify opportunities where data can unlock commercial value, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices in analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL and Python for querying large datasets, a background in translating data into commercially focused insights, strong stakeholder management skills, experience in a technical, analytics-focused role, and experience delivering value through personalization such as predictive analysis and segmentation. Familiarity with data build tools (DBT) and visualization tools like Tableau is desirable.
