Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics (Remote)
As a Senior Analyst in the Marketing Analytics team at ezCater, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven innovation within the company. This position involves close collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, Customer Service, and Product teams, to enhance go-to-market strategies and customer engagement. Your insights will directly influence the company's marketing initiatives and overall business performance.
Key responsibilities include developing and refining customer personas and segmentation to enable personalized marketing efforts. You will analyze retention metrics and the performance of the ezRewards Loyalty Program to identify growth opportunities, implementing action plans in coordination with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will lead the evolution of the Marketing team's experimentation processes, fostering a structured framework for innovation and enhancing data visualization tools to support informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate possesses over three years of experience in quantitative or technical analysis, preferably within marketing or e-commerce sectors. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis is essential, along with experience in statistical modeling using R or Python. A strong understanding of marketing attribution methods, return on ad spend, and experimental test design, including A/B testing, is required. Familiarity with various marketing tactics such as Email, SMS, Push, SEO/SEM, and Direct Mail, as well as expertise in data exploration and visualization tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, or PowerBI, is highly desirable.
Compensation for this role ranges from $119,670 to $145,743 annually, with final offers determined by factors including prior experience, expertise, and region.
