The Senior Analytics and Automation Analyst at Experian plays a pivotal role within the Legal & Compliance department, focusing on enhancing controls testing through advanced data analytics and automation. In this role, the analyst is responsible for performing data analytics to support controls testing, particularly Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR). Key tasks include developing testing scripts and data analytics queries, implementing automation for continuous monitoring, and creating data visualization solutions to report testing results and coverage. The analyst also ensures the continuity and completeness of data feeds by managing relationships with data owners and addressing security requirements.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related fields, along with at least five years of experience in data analytics development and delivery. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or Python, as well as experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, is essential. A strong background in managing and delivering high-quality data analytics, performing data analytics in support of controls testing or audits, and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL) is also required.
