Senior Associate - Billing Analyst

The role also involves tracking unbilled placements, sending regular reminders to media vendors, addressing vendor and client inquiries regarding invoices, reconciling bookings and unbilled items with media agencies, and preparing month-end reports and journal adjustments. Additionally, the Senior Associate may be tasked with leading a team.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a preference for those holding CPA or equivalent professional qualifications. A minimum of three years of experience in accounting and financial reporting is required, ideally within large multinational corporations or reputable accounting firms. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Experience with media billing processes and familiarity with industry-specific software are advantageous.
