Senior Associate Corporate M&A
Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Corporate M&A team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, within a dynamic and fast-growing market. As a Senior Associate, you will lead and oversee complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Your responsibilities will include providing strategic legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate documents and agreements. You will also supervise and mentor junior associates, collaborate with other practice areas within the firm, and maintain and enhance client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably within a top-tier international law firm. A proven track record in M&A and ECM transactions is essential, along with exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous. A genuine interest in the Middle East market is also desirable.
