Senior Associate, FP&A
The Senior Associate, FP&A at SCS Financial plays a pivotal role within the Financial Planning and Analysis team, focusing on analytical problem-solving, project management, and executive-level communication. This position is integral to supporting complex initiatives such as technology implementations, potential acquisitions, and cross-functional projects within the firm.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the Head of FP&A and CFO on critical initiatives, leading financial diligence and analytical projects related to potential acquisitions, supporting the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, performing monthly and ad-hoc financial analyses, developing executive-ready presentation materials, and managing multiple concurrent projects to ensure priorities and deliverables are met.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with over three years of experience in finance, consulting, or a similarly analytical environment. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools is advantageous. The role requires demonstrated project management abilities, structured problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.
The annualized base pay range for this exempt position is expected to be between $90,000 and $100,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, subject matter expertise, and geographic location. Additional rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
